Miley Cyrus Engaged To Liam Hemsworth !

Miley Cyrus ,19, is engaged!

The Disney star is engaged to her Aussie actor boyfriend of nearly three years, Liam Hemsworth. The actor's rep confirmed their engagement!

"I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," the teen bride-to-be told People.

No wedding date has yet been set, though the young lovers managed to keep their betrothal secret for nearly a full week: the 22-year-old Hemsworth popped the question to Miley on May 31 with a 3.5-carat diamond ring from jeweler extraordinaire Neil Lane.

The couple, who denied rumors of an engagement earlier this spring, met back in 2009, when they costarred in "The Last Song". They also briefly called it quits back in August 2010 before getting back together.

"Life is beautiful," Miley tweeted this morning.

Miley Cyrus: Sex Talk

When it comes to Miley Cyrus, everything is possible.

When Miley appeared on Lifetime's "The Conversation With Amanda de Cadenet" on Thursday, Cyrus explained why having candid discussions about sex shouldn't be considered taboo.

"Girls who base how much they're worth on the sexual favors they can do for somebody, that makes me really sad," Cyrus stated. "Because sex is actually really beautiful."

Miley added: "It's the only way that we create and it's the only way that the world keep going. It's ignorant to not talk to your kids about it or make it seem like it's not as cool or magical as it actually is. If [kids] have a TV, they know what sex is. Everyone knows, so educate them.

"Let them know that they wouldn't be here without it, and it is a beautiful thing, and it is magic, and it is when you connect with somebody and it isn't how much you're worth," Cyrus continued. "Your worth isn't based on that. Your worth is based on how you feel about yourself."

It has to be noted that Cyrus has been dating Liam Hemsworth, 22, since 2009. You may wonder:"What is Miley's secret to build self-esteem?" Well, Miley shared some advice for young girls...

"Just be who you are, and that is where your style will come from, and your attitude, and your spirituality, and your sexuality," Miley revealed. "Because it's coming from a place of love."

It has to be mentioned that the "Conversation With Amanda de Cadenet" airs Thursdays at 11 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
