Jerry Goldstein refuses to get out of his house even though it was foreclosed on and sold at public auction, so the new owners want him out...
Music producer Jerry Goldstein, whose other huge hit was "I Want Candy", just had his colossal 8,000 square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion auctioned off for $7.6 million ... but things didn't go so smoothly for the buyers.
According to new legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Goldstein hasn't moved.
So the new owners filed an eviction lawsuit. They also want him to pay $666.66 for each day that continues to live there.
Inexcusable!
